Bilanz Rating 2020 - Chef of the Year
We are delighted and proud that Marco Campanella, head chef at our restaurant La Brezza, has been awarded Hotel Chef of the Year in the Bilanz Hotel Rating 2020.
Only 28 years young and already so successful as a chef that he was awarded 17 GaultMillau Points and one Michelin star. Already as a child he helped in the kitchen of the family restaurant and got to know his profession earlier than many. Here at the Restaurant La Brezza he has the courage to break new ground and therefore concentrates on the constantly changing wishes of his guests. Whenever possible, he consciously avoids fish and meat and instead works with herbs and vegetables in such a refined way that even passionate carnivores are delighted, writes Bilanz.
Marco Campanella has been a member of the Tschuggen Hotel Group family for many years. He cooked in our team here at the Hotel Eden Roc many years ago and also at our sister property Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz.
