Guest chef Tanja Grandits is said to be Switzerland's best female chef. She is an author (“Tanja vegetarisch”), was voted chef of the year in 2014 and 2020 by GaultMillau, was awarded 19 GaultMillau Points and two Michelin stars. She is happy to cook entire vegetarian menus for guests who are interested in the Restaurant Stucki in Basel. Non-vegetarian dishes, such as saddle of venison, are given an Oriental touch and are embedded in Ceylon tea, maple syrup, pine nuts, dates and quince. She is always on the lookout for new flavours.
