Three gourmet chefs, who together have earned four Michelin stars, jointly prepare six courses – that is the new culinary highlight, the Ascona All Stars.
Here the multi-award-winning executive chefs, Rolf Fliegauf from Restaurant Ecco, Mattias Roock from Restaurant Locanda Barbarossa and Marco Campanella from Restaurant La Brezza, are combining their culinary creativity for the very first time in the history of this place. The result: the very best from the three gourmet kitchens on one evening with three hosts and an exclusive fine-dining clientele.
