Michelin-starred chef Nicolai Wiedmer to appear as guest chef in the Restaurant La Brezza.

With every course, the 26-year-old Michelin-starred chef manages to enter new territory that feels like home. Reinterpreted classics, such as roughly chopped beef tartare, are delicately surrounded by perfectly matched complementary flavours of truffle mayonnaise and umeboshi (preserved Japanese plums) to create hitherto unknown sensory experiences.
On 6 August 2020, there will be two Michelin-starred chefs cooking in the Restaurant La Brezza. Look forward to a four-hands dinner with Nicolai Wiedmer (1 Michelin star, 16 Gault Millau points, Restaurant Eckert) and Marco Campanella (1 Michelin star, 17 Gault Millau points).
